Nordic, a Best in KLAS IT Services Firm dedicated to healthcare, seeks a Managed Services Senior Analyst in the US to design, build, test and troubleshoot complex EHR environments for our demanding clients.

You will handle issue analysis, system builds, and testing, while coordinating with Application Advisors. The role requires 8+ years of experience, strong ITIL knowledge, and excellent communication. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Certification in one or more EHR module(s).
• 3–5+ years implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems and change management.
• ITIL knowledge and project experience preferred.

• Provide advanced troubleshooting, analysis, and testing for EHR applications.
• Manage multiple client assignments with limited supervision, ensuring SLAs.
• Document requests and incidents in ticketing systems and follow change controls.
• Collaborate with teams and customers, supporting onboarding and mentorship.
