Nordic Healthcare Group (NHG) seeks a Healthy Planet Senior Analyst to provide EHR design, build, testing and advanced troubleshooting services for complex clients. You will work under supervision from Application Advisors, handling day-to-day tasks and ensuring system integrity across diverse healthcare environments.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Epic Ambulatory certification, and 3–5+ years with EHR modules.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (8+ years’ industry experience).
• Epic Certification in Ambulatory with strong understanding of functionality.
• 3-5+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Must demonstrate and embody Nordic’s maxims.
• Ability to apply problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize.
• Must be able to work independently, as well as within a team environment.
• Prior experience with ticketing systems and change management processes.
• Strong customer service track record.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, previous management and project management experience, preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and problem solving to ensure EHR integrity, integration and stability.
• Analyze workflows, system setup and audits including upgrades and testing.
• Escalation-aware management of multiple customer assignments with minimal oversight.
• Document requests and incidents clearly while meeting SLAs.
• Follow change control policies for migrating builds and configurations.
• Assist in onboarding new team members and other internal initiatives as needed.
