You will perform day-to-day tasks with oversight from Application Advisors, while delivering high-quality customer service. Requirements include a related bachelor's degree, EHR module certification, and 8+ years in the field, with 3-5+ years in EHR implementation/training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; required.
• 8+ years of industry experience; required.
• Certification in one or more EHR application modules; required.
• 3–5+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules; required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving within EHR applications for Nordic’s complex customers.
• Fulfilling system requests from customers by analyzing issues, translating needs into detailed specifications, and performing build and testing.
• Analyzing workflows, system setup, and audits, including participating in upgrades and testing.
• Project and issue management with escalation as needed; minimal supervision from Application Advisors.
• Managing multiple customer assignments with ticketing, email, and calendar management.
• Documenting requests and incidents in ticketing systems to meet SLAs.
• Follow change control policies for migrating application builds and configurations.
• Possibly take on ad hoc projects and onboarding of new team members.
