Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years' industry experience.
• Epic Certification in Beacon.
• 3-5+ years' experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Demonstrates Nordic maxims; strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and ensure stability of EHR applications.
• Analyze workflows, system setup, and upgrades; participate in testing.
• Translate customer needs into detailed requirements and build specifications.
• Document requests and incidents; maintain SLAs and follow change control.
