Job summary

Nordic Healthcare Group (NHG) is seeking a Managed Services Senior Analyst to design, build, test, and troubleshoot EHR applications for our complex healthcare clients. You will work under Application Advisors, handling day-to-day client work while ensuring quality, security, and compliance.

The role emphasizes problem solving, strong communication, and independent yet collaborative teamwork across IT and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; 8+ years’ industry experience.
• Certification in one or more EHR module(s) with strong functionality knowledge.
• 3–5+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Must demonstrate Nordic’s maxims and values.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organized.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with ticketing systems and change management processes.
• Strong customer service track record.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes; prior management and project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and ensure integrity and stability of EHR applications for complex clients.
• Analyze workflows, system setup, and audits; participate in upgrades and testing.
• Manage multiple client assignments with supervision; maintain open issues and calendar/email coordination.
• Document requests and incidents in ticketing systems; adhere to SLAs and change control policies.
• Assist in onboarding new team members and adapting to client configurations.
• Provide high-quality customer service and build relationships with IT and operations staff.
• Support communication and change management; ensure stakeholders’ input is addressed.
