Job summary

Array is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to lead complex client-facing eDiscovery projects and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. You will oversee project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project and client information, and provide guidance on technical workflows and project strategy.

You will also mentor team members, ensure data integrity, and deliver results on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex eDiscovery projects and ESI workflows.
• Experience independently managing projects in Relativity.
• Experience serving as a primary client contact and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, review platforms, databases, and related software.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Experience leading or mentoring team members.
• Ability to manage project documentation, workflows, and deliverables.
• Ability to identify project issues, evaluate alternatives, and recommend solutions.
• Experience with advanced Relativity workflows, analytics, review, and production.
• Experience supporting litigation, investigations, or regulatory matters.
• Experience implementing process improvements or workflow efficiencies.
• Experience working with legal service providers, law firms, or corporate legal departments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client requirements and project objectives to develop solutions aligned with business and legal needs.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to create project plans, define deliverables, and establish timelines.
• Manage project execution to ensure deliverables are on time and meet requirements.
• Provide regular status updates and consultations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide guidance on Relativity Processing and related eDiscovery technologies.
• Investigate and resolve data issues, maintaining integrity and service quality.
• Analyze challenges, identify solutions, and recommend actions to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and support development of technical and project management capabilities.
