Job summary

Innovative Driven is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to join its fast-growing Client Services team in the United States. You will oversee client accounts, coordinate across multiple projects, and ensure delivery within budget and schedule.

Responsibilities include leading kick-off calls, applying EDRM best practices, and maintaining quality control across deliverables. Proactive communication and record-keeping are essential to success.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or seven years in litigation support/related role.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Relativity and technology-assisted review.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Client Services accounts and act as primary point of contact during shifts.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across multiple projects.
• Initiate project kick-off calls and manage budget, scope and timelines.
• Provide guidance on EDRM best practices to stakeholders.
• Perform quality control and ensure deliverables meet SOPs and standards.
• Create and execute project plans to ensure on-time delivery of tasks.
• Distribute project reports and key metrics to clients and internal teams.
• Manage Relativity admin functions in live project databases as needed.
• Document project details, tracking logs, and case reports for transparency.
