Job summary

APT Search is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to oversee end-to-end discovery matters for a global client, coordinating collections through production with delivery resources across global teams. You will be the primary client contact on each matter, advise on data collection, processing, review workflows, analytics and production deliverables, and mentor junior PMs.

This role requires 5+ years in eDiscovery, experience with Relativity or Reveal, and a proven ability to manage

Qualifications

• 5+ years in eDiscovery or litigation support.
• 5 years hands-on with Relativity or Reveal.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects to budget and to schedule.
• Experience leading project teams including junior PMs.
• Experience coordinating work with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end oversight of multiple concurrent, complex discovery matters, and act as the primary client point of contact on each.
• Advise clients on data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production and export deliverables, and act as the expert on the firm's review platforms.
• Build and maintain project schedules, forecast and manage budgets, and issue reporting metrics and KPIs on every matter.
• Serve as the point of escalation for junior project managers, train and supervise them, plan project resources, and guide them on building client relationships.
• Participate in strategic and quarterly client meetings, oversee client-level reporting, and support business development with existing accounts.
• Define and monitor quality standards on all deliverables, identify operational risk on your matters, and manage internal and external project communications.
