Job summary

Control Risks is seeking a Senior Consultant with strong eDiscovery subject matter expertise to oversee the full lifecycle of client matters, from matter setup to invoicing. The role requires bridging client requirements with production and technical resources to meet client and company standards.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of professional eDiscovery Litigation Support and Project Management experience.
• Strong knowledge and experience with RelativityOne and client-specific project setups.
• Experience with cross-border investigations and related discovery concerns.
• Familiarity with all phases of litigation and fundamentals of project management in eDiscovery.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on project workflow and industry best practices.
• Develop and implement customized client solutions on a per-client basis.
• Liaise with clients to build strong relationships and ensure client success.
• Continuously monitor and manage multiple eDiscovery projects from start to finish.
• Provide hands-on technical support and service in RelativityOne and related tools.
• Collaborate with operations to allocate resources for processing, data loading, and hosting.
• Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Document client and project requirements and maintain custody-related records.
• Act as client advocate for prioritization of new requirements for development teams.
• Maintain daily project records and ensure timely delivery within deadlines.
