Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a Project Manager, Client Services to support eDiscovery program delivery from a remote location in the United States. You will drive work through the Lighthouse workflow, create work orders for data intake, culling, processing, hosting and production, and perform quality checks before delivering results to clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand eDiscovery and Lighthouse workflows and critical paths.
• Develop understanding of Lighthouse workflows and tools used to manage work.
• Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to stakeholders.
• Manage the pod’s work request queue.
• Participate in process improvements as identified by pod leaders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
