Job summary

Array is seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager to serve as the primary client contact and guide projects from kickoff through delivery. You will partner with clients and internal teams to develop plans, manage data workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality results using Relativity and related technologies.

You will also help troubleshoot issues, maintain data integrity, and communicate updates and risks throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience managing eDiscovery projects for clients.
• Strong client-facing, consultative communication skills.
• Proficiency with Relativity processing, review, and productions.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, timelines, and data workflows with clients and internal teams.
• Monitor delivery quality, scope, and deadlines; report progress regularly.
• Support clients with Relativity and related technologies; troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
