Job summary

Iceberg is seeking a senior-level eDiscovery Project Manager to lead complex matters for clients and counsel. You will own end-to-end delivery across the EDRM, designing Relativity workflows, supervising analytics, TAR, QC, and productions, and partnering with attorneys and internal teams.

You will manage budgets and timelines, act as a senior escalation resource, and mentor junior PMs, ensuring defensible workflows, quality, and data security across all deliverables in high-stakes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of eDiscovery project management experience in a vendor / service provider environment.
• Deep, hands-on expertise with Relativity in a client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of defensible workflows and best practices.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent, high-volume matters.
• Calm under pressure, highly organized, and client-focused.
• Excellent communication skills, you’re comfortable advising attorneys and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client-facing Project Manager on complex eDiscovery matters.
• Own projects end-to-end across the EDRM, from data intake through production.
• Design and manage workflows in Relativity, including analytics, TAR, QC, and productions.
• Partner closely with attorneys, corporate clients, internal tech teams, and account leads.
• Manage budgets, timelines, scope changes, and risk with confidence.
• Serve as a senior escalation point and mentor to junior PMs.
• Ensure defensibility, quality, and data security across all deliverables.
