Job summary

Epiq Systems, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager of Client Services to lead delivery of complex client engagements in the eDiscovery space. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage client expectations, and ensure on‑time, high‑quality service delivery

In this role you’ll own client relationships, forecast project work, and escalate issues as needed while partnering with senior leaders to drive satisfaction and efficiency across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of eDiscovery, typically 2+ years in project management roles at law firms, corporate legal departments or eDiscovery providers.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple simultaneous projects.
• Oral and written communication skills with a strong leadership presence.
• Excellent client relationship skills including proactive expectation management and adaptability to client needs.
• Solid understanding of database design and data processing activities and legal document review requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary liaison with key client representatives to own the service delivery relationship.
• Drives overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables.
• Executes project forecasts and work schedules as directed by Sr. Project Manager or Client Services Director.
• Ensures client and project requirements are met with high quality and accuracy through verification with client and internal partners.
• Maintains up-to-date project status records and communicates progress routinely to client and internal teams.
• Demonstrates leadership to clients and internal partners, delivering project objectives professionally and with high quality.
