Trustpoint.One is seeking an experienced Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex engagements, acting as a strategic advisor to clients and mentoring fellow PMs.

This remote opportunity supports collaboration with senior leadership across multiple engagements, shaping processes and client service strategies. Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $150,000 with comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing complex eDiscovery matters.
• Deep understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
• Significant experience with Relativity or RelativityOne.
• Proven success managing large-scale litigation support projects.
• Experience serving as a primary client contact on strategic engagements.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience mentoring or coaching project managers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of complex eDiscovery projects from planning through production and closeout.
• Develop defensible workflows, project plans, timelines, budgets, and communication strategies.
• Anticipate project risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful client outcomes.
• Oversee quality control, reporting, and delivery across multiple matters.
• Mentor and develop fellow Project Managers; share knowledge and best practices.
