Job summary

Repario Data is seeking a Sr eDiscovery Project Manager to oversee complex eDiscovery engagements from inception through delivery. You will lead multi-client projects, coordinate with law firms, corporate legal teams, and vendors, and apply process-driven solutions to achieve high-quality, timely outcomes.

The role requires hands-on project management, client-facing communication, and the ability to operate in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience; MA in a relevant field a strong plus.
• 5+ years of eDiscovery project management experience with a services vendor or major law firm.
• Expert-level knowledge of eDiscovery platforms including Relativity, Brainspace; RCA certification required; additional relevant certifications a strong plus.
• Experience with analytics capabilities of various eDiscovery tools, and knowledge of best practice workflows.
• Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and deadlines effectively.
• A proactive problem-solver with the experience to identify and remediate issues early.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills; client-facing status updates and managing clients through difficult decisions.
• Relationship builder, with a long-term approach to managing client-relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to manage sideways in a matrixed environment.
• Self-starter with superior work ethic and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end oversight of eDiscovery projects of all sizes, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• Advise clients on eDiscovery strategies from identification through production, including culling and filtering, processing, and review.
• Primary client point-of-contact for project queries, custom solutions and workflow escalations; SME capable of deploying point SMEs as required.
• Lead high level project/matter communication meetings and status updates; offer solutions and recommendations.
• Create, maintain and communicate project timelines and budgets.
• Project-level reporting on metrics and deliverables.
• Coordinates across internal delivery verticals to deploy services against project needs.
• Support the invoice process, including review and correction of client invoices.
