Job summary

CGS Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager in Chantilly, VA is a full-time role overseeing a client-site eDiscovery lab. You will coordinate data processing, QA, and delivery of ESI services per specifications, reporting to the Finance department.

The ideal candidate has extensive Relativity experience, RCA or Analytics Certification preferred, and 8+ years in eDiscovery with 5+ in management. Undergraduate degree (CS preferred) required.

Qualifications

• Extensive Relativity experience required.
• Relativity certifications RCA and/or Analytics Specialist preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in eDiscovery roles including processing, conversion, culling, QA, loads, retrieval, and review.
• 5+ years in management/supervisory level.
• Thorough knowledge of litigation discovery and EDRM workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of lab data processing services.
• Ensure timely, accurate completion of tasks and analyze processing approaches.
• Consult with attorneys on ESI specifications; participate in teleconferences as needed.
• Provide detailed notices of deficiencies to case attorneys when necessary.
• Keep clients informed on lab activities, deadlines, and resource availability.
• Manage webhosting for cases managed by the lab.
• Supervise a team of eDiscovery professionals at a client site; schedule, assign work, report progress, and QC deliverables.
• Advise on all EDRM phases: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, Production.
