Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking an eDiscovery Analytics Lead to support a federal agency with electronic discovery services and Relativity-based strategies. You will lead analytics, optimize processing, and ensure compliant productions while collaborating with attorneys and staff across the case lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years in eDiscovery, strong Relativity knowledge, and the ability to automate workflows. A U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end).
• Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
• Advanced hands‑on experience with Active Learning in eDiscovery.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Detailed planning and organizational skills across the eDiscovery lifecycle.
• US Citizenship required and prior eDiscovery project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and implement processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys to conform to ESI specifications and participate in conferences with stakeholders.
• Ensure productions meet ESI specifications and notify attorneys of deficiencies.
• Perform advanced analytics in Relativity.
• Create, troubleshoot, and repair Active Learning projects in Relativity.
• Provide input on technology options for discovery needs.
• Apply standard eDiscovery procedures across the case lifecycle.
• Generate statistical reports on collection, processing, review, and production.
• Stay updated on emerging eDiscovery tech and processes.
• Maintain knowledge of available software and propose improvements.
• Brief on new technology and process enhancements.
