CGS Federal, also known as Contact Government Services, seeks a Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead to support a large federal agency by providing electronic discovery technical expertise and strategic input using Relativity.

The role requires 5+ years of eDiscovery experience, strong Relativity knowledge, and ability to work in a fast-paced government-focused environment. The team values collaboration and professional growth while delivering high-quality discovery support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of eDiscovery services and litigation support on large, complex cases.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end).
• Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
• Experience with Active Learning and Case Map/Text Map tools.

Responsibilities

• Consult with attorneys and support staff to conform to ESI specs and participate in conferences upon request.
• Ensure productions comply with ESI specs and notify attorneys of deficiencies.
• Perform advanced analytics in Relativity and troubleshoot Active Learning projects.
• Provide input on technology options for discovery responses.
• Maintain standard procedures across the case lifecycle and generate production reports.
