Contact Government Services, LLC is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead to support a large federal agency with electronic discovery services and strategic advice using Relativity. You will collaborate with attorneys, support staff, and clients to ensure compliant ESI processing, production, and analytics throughout the lifecycle of complex cases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of eDiscovery services on complex cases.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end).
• Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
• Experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys for conforming to ESI specifications; participate in teleconferences.
• Ensure productions meet ESI specifications; notify attorneys of deficiencies.
• Performs advanced analytics in Relativity.
• Creates and troubleshoots Active Learning Projects in Relativity.
• Provides input on technology options for discovery responses.
• Maintains standard procedures for eDiscovery and litigation support across cases.
• Generates statistical reports on collection, processing, review, and production.
