Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead to support a large federal agency by providing electronic discovery expertise within Relativity, guiding strategic and legal workflow across matters.

You will collaborate with attorneys and support staff, develop advanced analytics, create and troubleshoot Active Learning Projects, and deliver data-driven insights across the eDiscovery lifecycle while ensuring adherence to ESI specifications, generating detailed reports, and contributing

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of eDiscovery services and litigation support.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end).
• Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Undergraduate degree required; law degree or technical certification preferred.
• Must be a United States Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff for conforming to ESI specifications and participate in teleconferences as needed.
• Ensure that incoming and outgoing productions follow ESI specifications and notify attorneys of deficiencies.
• Performs advanced analytics in Relativity and repairs Active Learning Projects.
• Provide input on technology options to respond to specific discovery.
• Creates statistical reports on collection, processing, review, and production.
• Stays updated on new eDiscovery technology and processes.
• Generates custom PowerShell scripts and supports Case Map/Text Map databases.
