Job summary

CGS Federal seeks a Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead to guide complex electronic discovery for a large federal agency. You will analyze, design, and oversee processing and analytics in Relativity, ensuring high-quality productions and compliance with ESI specifications.

The role requires 5+ years in eDiscovery services, expertise in Relativity, PowerShell scripting, and strong communication with attorneys and stakeholders. U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex, large cases.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end).
• Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Active Learning in Relativity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, well organized, and able to work independently.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and implement processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys to conform to ESI specifications and participate in teleconferences when requested.
• Ensure productions conform to ESI specs and notify attorneys of deficiencies.
• Perform advanced analytics in Relativity.
• Create, troubleshoot, and repair Active Learning Projects in Relativity.
• Provide input on technology options for discovery needs.
• Maintain standard procedures for eDiscovery and litigation support across cases.
• Create statistical reports on collection, filtering, processing, review, and production.
• Stay updated on new eDiscovery tech and processes.
• Generate PowerShell scripts and support Case Map/Text Map databases.
