Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking an eDiscovery Analytics Lead to support a large federal agency’s mission, leveraging Relativity and legal expertise to guide processing, analytics, and production workflows.

The role involves advanced Relativity analytics, developing PowerShell scripts, and collaborating with attorneys and clients to meet ESI specifications while contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of eDiscovery services and litigation support on large, complex matters.
• Advanced knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Relativity (front end and back end).
• Ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
• Experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff for conforming to ESI specifications and participate in teleconferences as needed.
• Ensure incoming/outgoing productions meet ESI specifications and notify attorneys of deficiencies.
• Performs advanced analytics in Relativity.
• Creates, troubleshoots, and repairs Active Learning Projects in Relativity.
• Provides input on technology options to respond to discovery.
• Produces statistics on collection, processing, review, and production.
• Keeps up with emerging eDiscovery technologies and processes.
• Generates custom PowerShell scripts; creates Case Map/Text Map databases.
