Job summary

CGS, operating as Contact Government Services, is seeking an eDiscovery Analytics Lead to support a federal agency, leveraging Relativity to provide strategic and technical discovery services. You will lead processing analyses, develop workflows, and ensure productions meet ESI specifications.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of eDiscovery experience, advanced Relativity skills, PowerShell scripting ability, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering eDiscovery services on large cases.
• Thorough knowledge of litigation discovery and the EDRM workflow.
• Advanced Relativity expertise (front end and back end).
• Ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with thorough eDiscovery lifecycle understanding.
• Experience managing eDiscovery projects and related tech.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and implement processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys and staff to conform to ESI specs; participate in teleconferences as needed.
• Ensure productions meet ESI specs and notify attorneys of deficiencies.
• Perform advanced Relativity analytics and maintain projects.
• Create, troubleshoot, and repair Active Learning Projects in Relativity.
• Provide input on technology options for discovery responses.
• Standardize procedures across case lifecycles.
• Generate statistical reports on collection, processing, review, and production.
• Stay current with new eDiscovery technologies and processes.
• Create or support Case Map/Text Map databases.
