Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead to leverage legal experience in supporting a large federal agency using Relativity.

You will deliver electronic discovery technical support, design processing approaches, and guide stakeholders through complex eDiscovery challenges in a fast‑paced environment. This role requires a strong background in Relativity and PowerShell scripting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex cases.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end).
• Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
• Experience with Active Learning in eDiscovery environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning, organizational skills, and independent work ethic.
• Experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff to conform to ESI specifications; participate in conferences as needed.
• Ensure productions meet ESI specifications; notify attorneys of deficiencies.
• Perform advanced analytics in Relativity.
• Create, troubleshoot, and maintain Active Learning projects in Relativity.
• Provide input on technology options for discovery needs.
• Apply standard eDiscovery procedures across cases.
• Generate detailed reports on collection, processing, review, and production.
• Stay updated on new eDiscovery tools and processes.
• Maintain knowledge of available software in area of expertise.
• Contribute to briefings on technology and process improvements.
