Job summary
Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks an experienced eDiscovery Analytics Lead to support a large federal agency using Relativity for electronic discovery. The role focuses on processing, analytics, and strategic support, ensuring productions meet ESI standards and aligning with attorneys and client agencies.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in eDiscovery, strong Relativity knowledge, and proven PowerShell scripting ability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of eDiscovery services and litigation support
- Thorough knowledge of litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow
- Advanced Relativity knowledge (front end and back end)
- Ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts
- Hands-on experience with Active Learning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Analyze, develop, and implement processing approaches for electronic files
- Consult with attorneys and support staff on ESI specifications
- Ensure productions meet ESI specs and notify attorneys of deficiencies
- Perform advanced analytics in Relativity
- Create, troubleshoot, and repair Active Learning projects
- Suggest technology options for discovery needs
- Maintain standard procedures across cases
- Generate statistical reports on collection, processing, review, and production
- Stay updated on new eDiscovery tech and processes
- Create PowerShell scripts and support Case Map/Text Map databases
