Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) in the United States is seeking an experienced ESI Analytics Lead to support a large federal agency, delivering electronic discovery technical support and strategic guidance using Relativity.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in eDiscovery, advanced Relativity, PowerShell scripting, and proven ability to collaborate with attorneys, client agencies, and co-counsel to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex cases
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end)
• Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts
• Advanced hands-on experience with Active Learning

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files
• Consult with attorneys and support staff on ESI specifications and teleconferences with stakeholders
• Ensure productions comply with ESI specifications and notify attorneys of deficiencies
• Perform advanced analytics in Relativity
• Create, troubleshoot, and repair Active Learning Projects in Relativity
• Provide input on technology options to respond to discovery needs
• Maintain standard procedures for eDiscovery and litigation support across cases
• Generate statistical reports on collection, filtering, processing, review, and production
• Stay updated on new eDiscovery technologies and processes
• Contribute to briefings on new technology and process improvements
• Generate and support Case Map / Text Map databases
