Job summary

CGS (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead to leverage legal and technical expertise in support of a large federal agency. You will provide electronic discovery analytics, Relativity optimization, and strategic guidance for productions and workflows.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in eDiscovery, strong Relativity knowledge, and ability to generate PowerShell scripts for workflow enhancements, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy in complex cases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of eDiscovery services and litigation support on large cases.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end).
• Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files
• Consult with attorneys and support staff for conforming to ESI specifications and participate in teleconferences as needed
• Ensures productions meet ESI specifications and notifies case attorney of deficiencies
• Performs advanced analytics in Relativity and creates/retrieves Case Map and Text Map databases
• Generates statistical reports on collection, filtering, processing, review, and production
• Keeps abreast of emerging eDiscovery technologies and processes
• Contributes to briefings on new technology and process improvements
• Creates/supports Case Map / Text Map databases and scripts for workflow improvements
