Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead to provide expert support for a large federal agency using Relativity. You will analyze, process, and produce electronic discovery materials while guiding legal teams through complex workflows.

The role requires 5+ years in eDiscovery with strong Relativity knowledge, PowerShell scripting, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment within the Legal department.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex, large cases.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end) and experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts and to work with Active Learning.
• Strong written and verbal communication, planning, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff on ESI specifications and participate in teleconferences as needed.
• Ensure productions meet ESI specifications and provide detailed deficiency notices.
• Perform advanced analytics in Relativity and troubleshoot/repair Active Learning projects.
• Generate statistical reports on collection, processing, review, and production.
• Create/support Case Map and Text Map databases and scripts for workflow improvements.
