Trulieve is seeking a Senior eCommerce Merchandising Specialist to drive CRO-led merchandising for the company’s website and mobile app. You will set QA standards, lead coordinators, and translate customer behavior into merchandising and conversion strategies.

You will collaborate with Marketing, IT, Creative, and Retail to optimize pricing, promotions, and navigation. Strong analytics and PIM expertise are essential in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
• 4–5 years in eCommerce or digital merchandising with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, PIM, onsite search, and promotions workflows.

Responsabilités

• Own CRO merchandising on site and app, including product ranking, collections, assortment visibility, promotional placement, and onsite search relevance.
• Direct storefront QA and coach pricing, imagery, and categorization accuracy.
• Serve as SME for product information management, navigation, and category structure; document merchandising best practices.
• Collaborate on pricing and promotion activation across states; resolve discrepancies.
• Recommend and analyze A/B tests; report on conversion, product performance, and search.
• Mentor Specialists and Coordinators, support launches for new products and store openings.
