Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead eCommerce merchandising across our digital storefronts. You will drive product discovery, navigation, and promotional placement using data to optimize customer journeys and conversions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilize Power BI and GA4, and help shape the future merchandising operating model while supporting a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Data Analytics.
• 3–5+ years of eCommerce experience in high-volume retail or CPG (Cannabis industry preferred).
• Proven track record in improving digital experiences and revenue through merchandising and conversion.
• Strong mobile-first UX and performance metrics with A/B testing and SEO.
• Proficiency: PowerBI, GA, CMS, eCommerce platforms; Adobe Commerce/Magento/AEM preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead eCommerce merchandising across assigned digital storefronts, using category, assortment, and customer shopping data to determine organization, prioritization, promotion and discovery.
• Own product discovery and digital store presentation, including product ranking, categories and collections, navigation, filters, product linking, onsite search, and promotional placement aligned to state assortment, inventory, and business priorities.
• Optimize landing pages and mini-stores to present relevant products, categories, promotions, and clear paths to continue shopping.
• Use Power BI, GA4, and storefront performance data to understand how customers shop and identify opportunities to improve conversion.
• Coordinate with state leaders and cross-functional teams to implement merchandising actions, navigation/linking changes, and promotions with Pricing & Promotions, Web Content, Retail, and CRO.
• Monitor and present weekly insights on digital merchandising KPIs and storefront quality.
• Assist in transitioning the eCommerce merchandising team to the future operating model, including data, taxonomy, rules, and promotional requirements for Akeneo PIM, Adobe Catalog Service, Talon.One, and Hyper.
