Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an eCommerce Merchandising Specialist to own and optimize digital merchandising for our website and mobile app across multiple markets. You will independently manage complex workflows, analyze customer and site performance trends, and drive improvements in collaboration with IT, Marketing, Creative, CRM, and Retail to ensure accuracy and a customer-focused storefront.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, eCommerce, business, IT, or related field plus 3+ years of relevant experience; or 5+ years in lieu of degree.
• Experience independently managing digital merchandising workflows across multiple products, campaigns, locations, or markets.
• Working knowledge of eCommerce platforms, PIM, CMS, taxonomy, promotional workflows, and digital QA.
• Experience investigating merchandising issues, root-cause analysis, cross-functional resolution, and documenting outcomes.
• Ability to interpret web analytics and customer behavior data and translate findings into actionable merchandising recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own digital merchandising execution for assigned markets across the website and mobile app, including product setup, attributes, imagery, categorization, and navigation.
• Manage complex pricing, discount, and promotional workflows; validate setup and launch timing; coordinate resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Lead launch-readiness reviews for new products, back-in-stock items, campaigns, and market promotions to ensure brand, content, and customer experience.
• Establish audit standards for assigned markets; prioritize issues by impact and track resolution.
• Analyze GA4, onsite search, product discovery, customer journey, and conversion data to identify trends and improvements.
• Translate business priorities and promotional calendars into clear merchandising plans and execution requirements.
