Trulieve is seeking a Manager, eComm Marketing & CRO to lead reporting and optimization for the company’s digital touchpoints. You will own the CRO roadmap, guide merchandising decisions, and partner across Web Content, CRM, and Retail Marketing to improve conversions and revenue.

You will manage a team of merchandising specialists, build dashboards, and ensure pricing/promotion accuracy in regulated markets. This role can be remote with Pennsylvania-based residency.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years in ecommerce/digital marketing/merchandising or analytics.
• Hands-on experience with web analytics (GA4 or similar), A/B testing, and customer journey analysis.
• Familiarity with Adobe Commerce (Magento) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Mansioni

• Lead reporting and analysis of the digital customer experience on trulieve.com and the mobile app.
• Own CRO roadmap for assigned markets, prioritize tests, measure lift.
• Translate data into recommendations to shape marketing/content calendars.
• Direct digital merchandising strategy including product ranking and navigation.
• Build KPI dashboards and present findings to leadership.
• Coach eCommerce Merchandising Specialists and ensure pricing/promotions comply with state regulations.
