Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Manager, eComm Marketing & CRO to lead merchandising across the website and mobile app, translating customer insights into digital opportunities and optimizing entry points. You will drive conversion and manage a team of Merchandising Specialists and Coordinators.

The role requires strong analytics, experience with web analytics and A/B testing, and familiarity with Adobe Commerce (Magento) and Adobe Experience Manager. Remote work is available across the East Coast.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, merchandising, CRO, or analytics.
• 2+ years of leading people or leading work through others.
• Hands-on experience with web analytics (GA4 or similar) and A/B testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Adobe Commerce (Magento) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and with product information management.

Responsibilities

• Lead eCommerce merchandising across website and mobile app to organize and promote products.
• Use GA4 and analytics to optimize landing and entry pages as mini-stores.
• Identify opportunities across discovery, browse, search, cart, and checkout to ease purchasing.
• Translate insights into merchandising actions with cross-functional teams.
• Direct digital store presentation including ranking, collections, and onsite search.
• Establish and monitor digital store KPIs to identify performance trends and opportunities.
• Lead and develop the eCommerce Merchandising team with priorities and quality standards.
