Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Senior Analyst, E-Commerce to own analytics for the company website and mobile app, turning behavioral and transactional data into insights that improve conversion, engagement, and retention. You will set measurement standards used by Content, Merchandising, Marketing, and Creative.

Remote work is available, with East Coast requirements and collaboration with the Director, eCommerce Marketing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital, web, or product analytics.
• Proficiency with web analytics platforms (GA4 or Adobe Analytics).
• Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, or a similar tool.
• Working knowledge of experimentation methods (A/B and multivariate testing).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to explain data clearly to non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics and reporting for trulieve.com and the Trulieve mobile app, including dashboards, KPI frameworks, and scheduled performance reports.
• Map and analyze the customer journey from discovery to cart, pickup/delivery, and repeat purchase to quantify drop-off and revenue impact.
• Identify conversion friction and growth opportunities; develop test hypotheses and support experiments.
• Report on campaigns, promotions, product launches, and Trulieve Rewards against baselines by market and channel.
• Analyze product, category, onsite search, and traffic source performance to inform priorities.
• Collaborate with Customer Data & Analytics, CRM, Digital Experience, and IT to maintain tagging and data quality; present insights to leadership.
