Trulieve is seeking a Manager of eCommerce merchandising to lead digital storefronts and optimize product discovery, navigation, and promotions. You will leverage customer data and analytics to drive conversion and revenue while partnering with Marketing, Pricing, Web Content, and Analytics teams.

Responsibilities include owning storefront presentation, improving entry points, and aligning merchandising actions with business priorities across cross-functional groups. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of ecommerce experience in high-volume environments.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Proven track record in improving digital customer experiences and driving revenue through merchandising and conversion optimization.
• Strong understanding of mobile-first UX, performance metrics, A/B testing, and ecommerce platforms.
• Proficiency with Adobe Commerce/Magento and related CMS/CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead ecommerce merchandising across assigned digital storefronts, determining product organization, prioritization, promotion, and discovery.
• Own product discovery and digital store presentation including categories, navigation, filters, and onsite search.
• Optimize entry points and landing pages to present relevant products and clear shopping paths.
• Use Power BI, GA4, and storefront data to identify opportunities to improve conversion and customer journey.
• Collaborate with state leaders and cross-functional teams (Pricing, Web Content, Retail, CRO) to implement merchandising actions.
• Monitor weekly insights on KPIs like add-to-cart, checkout, conversion, and storefront quality.
• Prepare data, rules, and promotions for Akeneo PIM, Adobe Catalog Service, Talon.One, and Hyper.
