Trulieve is seeking a Manager, eComm Marketing & CRO to lead merchandising for the website and mobile app, turning data into actionable optimization and conversion opportunities. You will manage a team of Merchandising Specialists and Coordinators, translating insights into promotions, product placement, and customer experiences.

Collaborate with Web Content, CDP, Creative, and Retail Marketing to drive KPIs across traffic, conversion, and revenue in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Business, Analytics or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in eCommerce, digital marketing, merchandising, CRO, or analytics; 2+ years leading teams.
• Hands-on experience with web analytics (GA4 or similar), A/B testing, and customer journey analysis across web and mobile app.

Aufgaben

• Lead eCommerce merchandising across website and app, optimizing product discovery and promotions.
• Use GA4 to understand traffic flow and optimize landing pages as mini-stores.
• Identify opportunities across discovery, browse, search, cart, and checkout to improve conversions.
• Translate insights into merchandising actions with cross-functional partners.
• Direct digital store presentation, product discovery, and onsite navigation aligned to inventory and promos.
• Establish and monitor KPIs across traffic, conversion, revenue, and engagement.
