Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an experienced Manager to lead eCommerce merchandising across its digital storefronts. You will use customer behavior data, category insight, and inventory and promotional data to improve product discovery and storefront performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of eCommerce experience, preferably in high‑volume retail or CPG; cannabis industry preferred.
• Proven track record in improving digital customer experiences and driving revenue through merchandising and conversion optimization.
• Strong understanding of mobile‑first UX, performance metrics, A/B testing, and eCommerce platforms; Adobe Commerce/Magento/AEM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead eCommerce merchandising across assigned digital storefronts using data to organize, prioritize, promote, and discover products.
• Own product discovery and digital store presentation including ranking, categories, collections, navigation, filters, and promotions.
• Optimize entry points and landing pages to present relevant products and clear paths to continue shopping.
• Use Power BI, GA4, and storefront performance data to improve shopping experience and conversion.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Pricing & Promotions, Web Content, Retail, Product Information, CRO) to implement merchandising actions.
• Produce weekly insights readouts on merchandising KPIs including discovery, add‑to‑cart, checkout, and storefront quality.
• Assist in transitioning the eCommerce merchandising team to the future operating model with QA standards and runbooks.
