Qualifications

3-5+ years of eCommerce merchandising experience in retail or CPG.

Proven track record in improving digital customer experiences and driving revenue through merchandising and conversion optimization (Analytics, A/B testing, Search, SEO).
Strong understanding of mobile-first UX, performance metrics and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

Lead eCommerce merchandising across assigned digital storefronts using data to organize, promote and discover products.
Own product discovery and store presentation including navigation, filters, and promotions.
Optimize entry points and landing pages to drive relevant products and clear shopping paths.
Use Power BI and GA4 to analyze shopper behavior and identify optimization opportunities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Pricing, Promotions, Content, CRO) to implement merchandising actions.
Provide weekly readouts on merchandising KPIs and storefront quality.
Guide transition of the eCommerce team toward the future operating model with runbooks and standards.
