United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to deliver value to clients by deploying the Engagement Platform. You will gather requirements, design data structures, manage migrations, and deploy automated programs while advising on e-commerce, analytics, and marketing technologies.

You will build client relationships, optimize platform usage, and drive KPI/ROI improvements, collaborating with Customer Success to align roadmaps with client goals and metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B/B2C client-facing roles in eCommerce.
• Curiosity and growth mindset; willingness to learn quickly.
• Working knowledge of a marketing technology platform such as a CDP/CRM tool.
• Background in performance marketing or CRM management advantageous.
• Interest in AI; hands-on with LLMs or AI agents is a plus.
• Independence and self-organization; ability to navigate ambiguity.
• French language preferred in addition to English.

Responsibilities

• Become SME on the Engagement platform.
• Provide leadership to the US business consultancy practice.
• Support clients in continuous improvement of sites, shops or apps (audit, AB tests, improvements for conversion).
• Communicate with clients; teach platform usage; prepare reports for decisions.
• Oversee implementation of client applications, websites or shops.
• Regularly communicate with clients online and on-site.
• Utilize AI tools to increase day-to-day efficiency for you and clients.
