United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant for our Professional Services team to lead complex enterprise implementations with high autonomy. You will guide multi-stakeholder engagements, translate business objectives into platform solutions, and mentor junior consultants.

As a senior voice on the delivery team, you will drive discovery sessions, define measurable results, and push AI-enabled features within an enterprise governance framework, with a clear path

Qualifications

Experience delivering enterprise SaaS implementations.
Ability to lead multiple streams across stakeholders.
Proven track record translating requirements into platform solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations for clients.
Facilitate discovery workshops to define AI use cases and outcomes.
Partner with Technical Consultants on integration strategies (SSO, HRIS, content).
Monitor health, identify risks early, manage escalations.
