United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Solution Strategy Lead to drive strategic customer engagements across platform adoption, developer tooling, and AI infrastructure. You will act as a trusted advisor bridging high-level strategy and flawless execution, coordinating cross-functional teams for complex, enterprise-scale engagements.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Customer Engineering Leadership, Product Management, Consulting, or Technical Strategy within a global SaaS or infrastructure environment.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-level executives and internal product leads simultaneously.
A natural obsession with “How it works” and “How it could be better.” You are driven to discover the architectural truth behind every customer challenge.
You don't just identify problems; you build the “Formation” to solve them. You are comfortable in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

Develop account-specific adoption plans across App Modernization, Developer, and AI.
Map customer workloads to platform capabilities and define sequencing and milestones.
Coordinate SE, CS, and Product resources against adoption milestones and ensure internal alignment.
Build executive relationships and engage technical decision-makers on platform strategy.
Identify platform expansion opportunities and hand off to sales when commercial-ready.
