United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Services consultant in Chicago to own the full lifecycle from pre-sales scoping and architecture through hands-on delivery and handoff. You will design and implement custom solutions on the company platform, collaborating with AEs, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success Managers to move complex enterprise deals forward.

This role requires hands-on coding (Python or Node.js), integration architecture guidance, and AI-powered workflows.

Qualifications

5+ years in customer-facing technical roles.
3+ years hands-on programming (Python or Node.js).
Experience spanning pre-sales and post-sales technical roles.
Demonstrated use of AI tools and workflows to accelerate delivery.
Executive-ready communication bridging technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of complex engagements from kickoff to close.
Design and build scalable solutions using the company platform and third-party APIs.
Lead pre-sales scoping and deal strategy with AEs and SEs.
Coordinate with Implementation Managers to maintain momentum and milestones.
Advise customer engineering on integration architecture and data migrations.
Drive regional alignment with global Technical Services standards.
