Bloomreach in the United States is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to deliver measurable value to ecommerce clients by deploying and optimizing the Engagement Platform. You will gather business requirements, manage data structures, oversee data migration, and design automated programs to improve customer experience and conversions.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in B2B and/or B2C SaaS OR in-house eCommerce experience.
• Working knowledge of the Engagement platform features is preferred.
• Experience in online analytics, performance marketing, data science, and personalization is beneficial.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI Agents and MCPs is beneficial.
• Strong consulting skills and ability to engage stakeholders are essential.

Responsibilities

• Become a SME on the Engagement platform.
• Provide leadership to the business consultancy practice in the US.
• Assist clients with site/app optimization, AB tests, and conversion improvements.
• Prepare reports for business decisions and project evaluation.
• Oversee implementation of client applications and websites.
