CGS is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to join our Financial Department. The role entails hands-on coordination of the e-billing and payment cycle, including posting, corrections, and reconciling payments to bank deposits.

Qualifications

• Five years of legal billing/receivables experience.
• Advanced experience in e-billing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• Ability to supervise and lead staff.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure observance of e-billing requirements and processes.
• Prepare monthly, semi-monthly, and ad-hoc billing reports.
• Ensure timely invoice submission to clients.
• Create and distribute ad-hoc billing reports to management.
• Coordinate with Controller and Accounting to improve billing timeliness and accuracy.
• Support internal and external auditors.
• Supervise e-billing and receivables staff.
• Evaluate staff and provide training recommendations.
• Participate in hiring decisions.
• Delegate assignments to staff.
