Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to manage the e-billing and payment cycle workflow, including posting, charge corrections, and monthly reconciliations for our government contracting offices.

The role encompasses supervising the e-billing and receivables staff, driving process improvements, and coordinating with the Controller and Accounting to enhance timeliness and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate e-billing and payment cycle workflows.
• Post payments and reconcile to bank deposits.
• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc billing reports.
• Assist auditors and support compliance.
• Lead and develop billing staff.
• Identify process improvements to increase timeliness and accuracy.
