Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to join the Financial team in a full-time capacity. The role includes hands-on coordination of the e-billing and payment cycle, posting payments, and reconciling with bank deposits across offices.

You will manage billing reports, support auditors, and lead the receivables staff in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have strong accounting knowledge, five years of billing/receivables experience, and leadership ability to guide a team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage e-billing processes and meet deadlines.
• Ability to prepare monthly, semi-monthly and ad-hoc billing reports accurately.
• Ensure timely invoice submission to clients based on established timelines.
• Create/distribute operational and billing reports for management as needed.
• Collaborate with Controller to improve timeliness, accuracy and efficiency of billing.

• Supervise e-billing and receivables staff.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and development plans.
• Delegate assignments and projects to staff while maintaining high-quality work.
