Job summary
GovCIO is seeking an experienced Senior CRM developer to support the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal, in a fully remote role within the United States. The position requires Agile Scrum experience and the ability to handle multiple items in a single sprint.
You will collaborate with functional and testing teams, mentor other developers, and leverage AI features in Dynamics for Call Center, IVR, and customer service — including Copilot Studio, Chat, and DocIntelligence — while
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years or equivalent experience.
- Extensive Power Platform and Portals experience.
- Lead implementations of Call Center, IVR, and other Dynamics modules (Copilot Studio, Chat, Secure Messaging).
- C#, .NET, JavaScript, FetchXML proficiency.
- Experience with Call Center and IVR required.
- Experience in SDLC documentation (Design Documents, Implementation Plans).
- Agile Scrum in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to obtain PBGC Public Trust clearance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with functional/testing teams to implement user stories and ensure acceptance criteria quality.
- Mentor other developers and collaborate with senior team members.
- Leverage AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service (Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, DocIntelligence).
