Job summary

CSL is seeking a Customer Service/Reception Associate at our plasma collection center. You will greet donors, assist with registration and screening, and answer donor questions while maintaining data accuracy and center safety procedures.

You will support various administrative tasks, help maintain records, and may participate in cross-training across center operations. A high school diploma and 18 months of clerical or customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months experience in clerical or customer service roles, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and guide them through registration and screening processes.
• Explain screening procedures and policies to donors and answer questions.
• Assist in registering donors and transferring records as needed.
• Provide information via phone and in person as required.
• Monitor donor safety during pheresis and notify staff of issues.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system per SOPs.
• Maintain clean work environment and ensure supplies.
• May cross-train in other center operations and provide training to staff.
