Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability.
• Assist with registration procedures and donor screening in SOP-compliant manner.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system and maintain confidentiality.
• Monitor donor safety during and after pheresis and escalate issues to staff.
• Cross-train in other center areas as needed.
