Job summary

CSL is seeking a front-line Donor Center Associate to greet donors and guide them through screening for plasma pheresis. You will perform basic health checks, maintain donor data and support donors with the appointment system and policies.

Role requires a high school diploma and at least 3 months in clerical or customer service work, preferably in healthcare. On-site position with standard center duties and safety responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months experience in clerical or customer service
• Prefer experience in medical/health provider environment
• Basic math calculations

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability for pheresis.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process and health history documentation.
• Perform health screening steps (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger-stick hematocrit/total protein tests.
• Educate new donors on screening, health tests, appointment system, policies and nutrition.
• Maintain donor data in the electronic information management system per SOPs.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and availability of supplies; follow HSE/OSHA policies.
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate staff; handle donor questions.
